Research Interests: 
The Antin laboratory studies the intercellular signaling interactions and transcriptional regulatory pathways that govern the appearance and differentiation of embryonic cardiac myocytes. Dr. Antin heads the iPlant Collaborative, a $100 million NSF computational infrastructure platform to help trainees integrate biological systems from genome to phenome.
